Seasonal Guest Services Agent (May - August/September)

Full-time & Part-time opportunities available

Looking for a summer adventure in the Boreal Forest? We are building our 2025 Guest Services Team and would love to have you join us.

The Guest Services Agent will be responsible for providing guests with a positive first and last impression of the resort and will provide consistently excellent customer service. You will make reservations, greet and register incoming guests, assist guests with special needs, process guest folios and collect payment, manage cash handling responsibilities, handle guest requests and concerns promptly and with courtesy, assist guests with inquiries regarding local amenities, handle additional duties as needed with a supervisor or management, maintain confidentiality, and interact effectively with hotel guests and co-workers to create a positive environment.

Qualifications

  • Both written and verbal proficiency in the English Language. 

  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous customer service experience.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be responsible and reliable.

  • Must work well under pressure.

  • Can work well in a team and individually.

  • A passion for customer service.

  • Previous hotel experience is an asset.

  • Must be able to work days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
