Introducing Drift Spa: a relaxing spa experience at Elk Ridge Resort. Book a service to unwind in a safe and comfortable environment.

Drift has been set up to meet and exceed all regulations for your health and safety.

Spa Availability

We recommend you schedule your appointments as much in advance as possible so we can provide you with your desired time and treatments.

We make every effort to accommodate your preferred times, however, circumstances may require us to make changes to your itinerary.

Our spa is popular and can be fully booked, so it is important to make your reservations prior to arrival. However, if you are at the resort and interested in the spa experience, we encourage you to inquire about last-minute openings.

Checking-In

You should arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your treatment allowing yourself adequate time to change and prepare for your service.

Please note that we cannot always make up service time due to guest lateness.

Health and Safety

It is very helpful if you let us know of any significant health conditions or allergies that you may have prior to your arrival. This ensures that our professional staff can be prepared to serve you best.

If you are pregnant, please let us know so that we may ensure you are having treatments suitable for you.

If you have any contagious conditions, we respectfully request that you postpone your spa treatments.

Cell Phones and Fragrances

We thank all of our guests for contributing to the peaceful, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience at the Drift Spa at Elk Ridge by leaving cellular phones behind. The world will wait while you enjoy your special time away.

As many people are allergic to perfumes, we ask that you please do not wear any favourite scent at the spa.

Payment and Gratuities

We accept payment by cash, debit card, Visa and MasterCard, as well as our drift spa gift certificates for spa services and products.

Gratuities are gratefully appreciated by our staff. Industry-standard is generally 18 to 25%. Group bookings will have a mandatory minimum of 18% gratuity added to the booking.

Cancellation

We realize that circumstances may arise that require you to change your appointment or treatment.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for single spa treatments to avoid a cancellation fee equal to your treatment cost.

Spa packages must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours prior to avoid a cancellation fee.

If a client does not show for a treatment and does not cancel in advance, we must charge the complete amount of the treatment as a cancellation fee.

Group bookings of four people or more require a
seven day cancellation notice.
