This Legacy Event is the unveiling and final tasting of our Summer Dining Menu. The casual evening includes a variety of food samples, spirits and beers, presented in a casual atmosphere. Taste of Elk Ridge will take place in the dining room.

A weekend of gourmet food and drink  

Join us for the launch of our Spring/Summer Menu, as we unveil savoury samples of Executive Chef Travis Pye's latest culinary creations. The annual event kick's off the summer programming at the resort and will be hosted in our Signature Dining Room - Fireside.

This casual food-filled event will include a variety of food stations and beverage partners showcasing and sampling the items set to premiere on our summer menu.
